𝕋𝕖𝕣𝕞𝕤 𝕠𝕗 𝕊𝕖𝕣𝕧𝕚𝕔𝕖 (𝕋𝕆𝕊)

1. COPYRIGHT
I, AS THE ARTIST, still retain credit and rights to the image (copyright). My commissions are for personal use only and cannot be used for merchandise or resell by the commissioner .2. REPOSTS
Commissioners ARE allowed to repost my works IF proper credit is provided and my watermark is not covered or cropped.3.ALTERATIONS
Commissioners ARE NOT allowed to alter my artwork in any way. This includes tracing, recoloring, etc. Commissioners are not allowed to claim my work as theirs either; if I find out (and I will) you can expect to not commission me in the future.4. PAYMENT
All payment is conducted with USD through PayPal or Venmo: due to PayPal and Venmo's rules on personal use I ask you not reveal or dox my real name. I ask for half the commission price up front, once we agree on the comm conditions and specifics.5. REFUNDS
If you decide at any point before the comm gets closed to being completely finished to cancel the commission, I will refund you but keep 25% of the original commission price. If I fully finish the commission and you decide to cancel, I will NOT be refunding you. If I as the artist cancel your commission, I will fully refund you.6. THE "WILL NOTS"
There are certain topics I WILL NOT draw regardless of what commission type you choose:
I will not draw:
- Extreme Gore
- NSFW/Fetish Material
- Political/Hate Speech Material
- Ship art*
(if not super graphic, it can be negotiated)
These conditions are determined by me, the artist, whether or not it falls into these categories.7. ARTIST REPOSTS
In order to market myself as an artist who gives commissions, I often repost my commissions on sites like Twitter and Instagram. If you wish to not have your commission reposted, please just let me know in advance (I will probably ask before I do so regardless). If your commissions does get reposted, it will be on my account with watermarks, anti-ai filters, and credit to you of course for using your character/characters.8. AI PROHIBBITED
This is a new addition that I unfortunately have to add given a recent interaction with a former friend: The commissioner DOES NOT have permission to use the commission in any association with AI. This includes putting silly AI filters on it, trying to get more art with the AI, or etc.If you have any questions, just dm me before you commission me so I can clarify or sway any concerns <3

MORE DEFINED VERSION OF THE COMMISSION PROCESS:

I am still relatively new to the commission process, so here is my process:
- You contact me through any of my links (discord preferably or instagram)
- Confirm that you read my TOS (I will ask you and will record proof that you confirmed you read and understood it)
- Pitch me your idea; I will workshop with you so we both are on the same page
- I will ask for HALF the payment (at least) that way I get paid some of the money in the case that you don't like the end result or you unfortunately try to run off with the art before paying me the rest
- I will send progress screenshots throughout the process, whether asked for or before moving onto different stages (ex. lineart, color, etc.)

(As of 2024)
I offer 3 different styles of Commissions:
- Character Art
- Reference Sheets
- SIMPLE Animated Profile pictures or Banners

ℂ𝕙𝕒𝕣𝕒𝕔𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝔸𝕣𝕥

Character art is the more classic option for commissions.
You can pick a character and I draw them in an environment, pose, scene, etc. according to how you like <3
Prices are based off of difficulty or time consumption: the more of a character, more characters, harder background, and the harder the scene the more expensive.
Prices are as follows:
- Headshots: $25 USD
- Halfbodies: $40 USD
-Fullbodies: $60 USD
Additional Factors:
- +$ 6 USD for a background (unless you want a flat color*)
-+$12 USD for each additional character

*Flat color backgrounds are backgrounds that are strictly one color. Ex: just a blue screen instead of any drawn elementsBelow are some examples of my art and how much they would be worth with the prices above:

Reference Sheets allow you to have a detailed sheet with different angles, accesories, and more detailed views of a character you own!
Prices for Ref Sheets are a simple flat rate: being $45 USD regardless of the features
You can customize the layout: asking for different views, text descriptions and more!

𝔸𝕟𝕚𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝔹𝕒𝕟𝕟𝕖𝕣𝕤 𝕠𝕣 ℙ𝔽ℙ𝕊

This is a new style of commission I now offer (as of 2024)!
I request that these remain simple in nature (examples below) as I am still learning how to animate and thus will most likely not produce 5 star anime-esque work <3I offer animated profile pictures of any size (for websites that offer it like discord, art fight, etc.)
Or animated banners for sites that offer it (like discord and more)
All animated banners or profile pictures are $50 USD
You are asked to give a text description of what you'd like said character to do; ex. facial expressions, etc.
